Dr. Ken E. Ganly

Raised in Sparta, N.J., Dr. Ganly graduated cum laude with a BA in Biology from West Virginia University in 1989. He then received both a BS degree in Visual Sciences and his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1993. Up until July of 2009, Dr. Ganly was the owner of Springfield Eye Associates (the Independent Doctors of Optometry within LensCrafters) at two locations: Springfield, Delaware County and Pottstown, Chester County.

Besides providing comprehensive eye care, Dr. Ganly also performs pre-and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery patients as well treating eye infections and removing ocular foreign bodies. He is also very interested in Myopic Control for children (see our SERVICES page for more information) and feels that this will eventually become the standard of care for children who start to become nearsighted.

Through the years, he has participated in various clinical studies and has given several lectures to other eye doctors regarding the advancement of newer technology contact lenses. Locally, he is a member of the Kennett Square Lions Club and has been very active with coaching youth sports for his four sons.

Dr. Carol Anne Luchanko-Ganly

Born and raised in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Dr. Luchanko-Ganly earned both her undergraduate and Optometry degrees in 1993 from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Upon completion of her education there, she successfully completed a one-year post-graduate residency program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

Dr. Luchanko-Ganly has been an instructor at the Kennett YMCA for over 28 years. She currently teaches both yoga and core classes. She is also a Board member for the Chester County Skating Club and frequently volunteers for school activities for their children. In her spare time she loves to trail run with friends and neighbors and can be found walking her dog. She would be honored to serve as the eye care provider for you and your family.

Dr. Jordan Chilla

Dr. Jordan Chilla is from Boyertown, Pennsylvania. She attended West Chester University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 2014. She was also a member of the Division II Women’s Lacrosse team during her four years at WCU. Dr. Chilla received her Doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2018, earning highest academic and clinical honors.

Before joining Ganly Vision Care, Dr. Chilla completed a clinical rotation at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. She gained experience in managing and treating ocular diseases such as diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. Dr. Chilla was also trained in primary care optometry, contact lenses, pediatrics, and binocular vision at various locations including private practices in Wyomissing and Hummelstown, PA, a group practice in Havre de Grace, MD, and The Eye Institute in Philadelphia.

Dr. Chilla provides comprehensive eye exams with a special interest in ocular disease management, dry eye, pediatrics, and contact lenses. She strives to help patients meet their visual goals and works to give patients a better understanding of their eye health.

Dr. Chilla enjoys staying active through running, hiking, and spin classes. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and as of recently, their first child!
